Astronomical Units (AU)
One AU is the mean distance from the Earth to the Sun, 1.49597870e11 m, or a little over 8 light minutes. Pluto is currently at distance of about 30 AU. The heliopause, or edge of the solar system is thought to be about 90 AU from the sun.
