Lucky season thirteen - marks six successful years in pairing university teams with NASA-supplied Design Challenge Program topics. The Fall 2008 semester had a rough start with two hurricanes and a flood impacting many Texas institutions . . . and we are all still adjusting. Nevertheless, we have six outstanding teams poised to worked on an all new set of design challenge topics this semester.
