Dates: June 17-21, 2002
Time: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (extended hours available)
Ages: 9-13

Location: Martin Jr. High 1601 Haskell, Austin, Texas 78702
Cost: $150 (Scholarships Available)

Activities include:

    Daily fishing, aquatic Ecology, Angling Skills, Tackle Crafting, People and Fish, Daily Field Trips:
All campers receive:
    A Zebco 33 Fishing pole, Tackle Box, Lunches, Snacks, awards ceremony and a T-shirt.
Please Note: Campers go fishing every day and may get wet. Please provide old tennis shoes or water-type shoes and have your camper dress appropriately for warm weather. No open-toed shoes, sandals or flip flops.

4-H Blast Off for Fun Space Camp

Time: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (extended hours available)
Ages: 9-13

Location: Martin Jr. High 1601 Haskell, Austin, Texas 78702
Cost: $150 (Scholarships Available)

Activities include:

    Build and launch model rockets and build and race solar cars, experience an orbital simulator, learn about aerodynamics and GPS systems.
All campers receive:
    A visit to NASA Space Center in Houston, Model Rocket, Lunches, Snacks, and awards ceremony and a T-shirt.
Please Note: Campers should wear comfortable clothes appropriate for warm weather. No open-toed shoes, sandals or flip flops.
