Transportation from Airport: There are a number of rental car and ride-share transportation options from the airports to South Shore Harbour. A rental car is not necessary since the Monday dinner reception and optional tours Sunday and Wednesday will use bus transportation.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to Tim Urban at urban@tsgc.utexas.edu. You may receive a full refund of your meeting registration, less a 10% processing fee, for cancellation requests received by October 1, 2022.

Optional Excursions
Sunday, October 16, 2022, 1-6 PM: Space Center Houston tour
Fee: $40/person
Description: Space Grant bus departs at 1:00 PM from South Shore Harbour to Space Center Houston at NASA’s Johnson Space Center. Explore 400 exhibits including the new Artemis exhibit. Ride the 90-minute tram tour to explore JSC and see mission control and the rocket park. Bus departs at 5:30 PM for return to hotel. Bus space limited to 56.
Wednesday, October 19, 2022, 9 AM - 3 PM: Houston Spaceport + tour
Fee: $50/person includes lunch
Description: Bus departs at 9:00 AM for the Houston Spaceport and other areas off the beaten path. The Houston Spaceport is co-located at Ellington Airport and hosts NASA, military and general aviation/space tenants including Intuitive Machines and the San Jacinto EDGE Center. Depending upon availability, stops may include NASA areas like the Neutral Buoyancy Lab and a souvenir stop. Bus tour returns to the hotel by 3:00 PM. Bus space is limited to 56.
